My client, a top Contractor based in Cork are now searching for a Site Manager. The successful Project Manager should have an emphasis on Building and Fit Out experience. Previous experience on Life Science sector projects would be an advantage This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their career within the construction industry in an exciting, growing firm. Role: Liaise with Directors, projects team, design team and subcontractors throughout the project. Plan and coordinate all site operations. Resource and schedule work and materials in line with construction program. Regular progress reporting. Maintain highest standards of health and safety.
