Together with Schubert North America, we support modern international IT systems and are looking to strengthen our team in the USA.Your Responsibilities• Installation, configuration, and management of local hardware and software
• Maintenance and operation of local IT infrastructure
• First- and second-level support for USA and Canadian subsidiary
• Collaboration on international IT projects
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues within the team
• IT onboarding for new employee
• Travel to German headquarters and Schubert subsidiaries as needed
Your Profile• IT training or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, server systems, Active Directory, DNS, LAN/WAN, firewall
• Ideally experience with VMware, OpenShift, Linux, Citrix, SQL, or Oracle
• Service-oriented and friendly attitude
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
