VAN LIFE CONTENT CREATOR & BRAND AMBASSADOR Remote Vans · Full-time · On the road across America · Reports to CMO $75,000 base + performance bonus · All travel costs covered ABOUT THE ROLE This isn't a desk job dressed up as something exciting. You will genuinely live the van life — driving coast to coast, exploring America's most iconic roads, attending RV shows, and engaging face-to-face with our Rolling Nomads community. Your job is to capture that life honestly and compellingly, and to build an audience that trusts your experience because it's real. You are the face and voice of Remote Vans in the wild. Every video, every show interaction, every comment you reply to is a brand touchpoint. This role reports directly to the CMO and sits at the intersection of content creation and broader marketing strategy. HOW YOUR TIME BREAKS DOWN 75% — Content creation & brand ambassador On the road, shooting, editing, attending shows, engaging the community. This is the core of the role. 25% — Marketing contribution Supporting campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives in collaboration with the CMO. The majority of this role is lived on the road. If you need a home base to feel grounded, this isn't the right fit. WHAT YOU'LL DO Concept, shoot, and edit long-form YouTube videos documenting van life on America's best roads routes, builds, lifestyle, ownership stories Produce YouTube Shorts and vertical content that drives channel growth and brand awareness Attend RV shows and events nationwide — engage authentically with Rolling Nomads customers, prospects, and the van life community Build and nurture an audience — respond to comments, create community, represent the brand with integrity at all times Plan and execute cross-country routes that showcase the van's real-world capabilities — mountains, deserts, coastlines, backroads Contribute 25% of your time to broader marketing efforts — campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling in collaboration with the CMO REQUIREMENTS 25 years of age or older [REQUIRED] — insurance requirement for driving company vehicle Minimum 3 years hands-on video editing experience [REQUIRED] — portfolio or channel link mandatory with application Proven YouTube experience: you understand retention, thumbnails, titles, and how the algorithm rewards consistency Natural and confident on camera: authentic, not performative Clean driving record: you'll be solo behind the wheel of a premium vehicle across the country Highly self-directed — managing content calendars, travel logistics, and production with minimal oversight Genuine passion for van life, adventure travel, or the outdoors: audiences see through anything manufactured Comfortable working cross-functionally with the CMO and marketing team while operating independently on the road COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $70,000 base salary + performance bonus tied to content and brand growth metrics Premium Remote Van provided as your home and vehicle on the road Health insurance — 100% covered for employee.
