Physical Therapy Assistant Outpatient
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Requirements:
- Current Texas License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
- Proficiency in WebPT for charting
Compliance / Notes:
- Dress Code: Black scrubs; no facial piercings or tongue rings
- Vaccination requirements: Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza
- Relocation bonus available up to $3,000
- Sign-on bonus of $5,000
Salary Range: $32 - $35 per hour (depending on experience)
