Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Scrub IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures.

Shift & Scheduling: - 0630-1500 or 0730-1600. - 8hr Variable Days; Open to discussing 10s - On Call: Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time - Weekends: As needed - due to call - Holidays: As needed - due to call

Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - Float to ThedaCare Neenah Specials Department.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
