Job Summary: Seeking an Architect cum technical lead with AI/GenAI Exp (hands-on) with 15+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular. Microservices, AWS and AI skills to design develop and maintain scalable cloud native backend services and APIs Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design development and deployment of cloud native applications leveraging Java, AWS and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Ensuring high availability and scalability Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues effectively. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CICD pipelines and automate deployment. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Engage with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. Ensure security standards and compliance are met in all development activities. Experience in designing and implementing AI/Gen AI based use cases using the leading AI models/services (e.g. Claude, gpt, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, etc.). Mandatory Skills:
