We are looking for extraordinary Physical Therapists (PT) who want to work for a company that cares for their patients AND their staff!!! We have an amazing team and are looking for quality people as we continue to grow.
Positions available throughout the area include:
* Full Time Physical Therapist - Salary + Mileage or Per Visit Pay
* Part Time Physical Therapist - Per Visit Pay + Mileage
We have full time and part time positions, We are dedicated to providing compassionate home health care to those in need. A minimum one year as a PT is required, home health experience is preferred but not required. Pay is dependent on experience.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in home health settings, focusing on individualized care plans.
* Assess patient needs and develop treatment strategies based on anatomy and physiology knowledge.
* Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and discharge planning.
* Document patient progress using EMR systems and maintain accurate medical records.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in both acute and outpatient environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year
