We're seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, resident relations, leasing, and team leadership for a thriving apartment community. This role is fully accountable for property performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies. Responsibilities
* Manage all property operations, financial performance, budgets, occupancy goals, and vendor relations * Supervise and support on‐site staff, including leasing, maintenance, and housekeeping teams * Oversee leasing operations: tours, applications, move‐ins/outs, renewals, and marketing efforts * Maintain accurate records, reports, lease files, and office operations * Ensure strong resident relations, handle service requests, resolve concerns, and support retention * Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and ensure timely unit turns * Monitor market trends, update marketing strategies, and maintain online presence * Ensure safety compliance, incident reporting, and adherence to company standards
Qualifications
* 3+ years of on‐site property management experience, including 1 year as a Community Manager * Associate degree or equivalent experience * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills * Proficient with property management software, Microsoft Office, and online tools * Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background/drug screening
