About
We're seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls and convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments. This role operates in a structured, performance-driven environment where results, consistency, and professionalism are key. You will engage prospects by phone, identify needs, address basic objections, and confidently schedule appointments. This position involves a high call volume (2030+ calls per hour), accurate CRM documentation, and close coordination with the sales team to ensure quality handoffs.
Schedule: MondayThursday: 2:00 PM8:00 PM Friday: Optional 2:00 PM5:00 PM SaturdaySunday: 10:00 AM2:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly base pay with additional performance-based bonuses and weekly incentives tied to productivity and appointment quality.
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication skills, comfort working toward performance metrics, reliability, and a willingness to follow proven processes while maintaining natural conversations. Prior inside sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required.
