This role involves covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across London, delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance as part of a highly supportive mobile engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites Support and maintain basic mechanical systems including pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs and FCUs Complete logbooks and ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations Liaise with subcontractors and maintain high standards of service delivery Assist with permits to work, risk assessments, and site compliance procedures Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and effectively Requirements Recognised Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) Previous experience within a commercial building services environment St...
