Area Sales Manager - Bathroom and Kitchen Products €60-70K Base Salary | €10K Bonus | Company Car | Healthcare | Pension | 25 Days Holiday The Company: A market-leading manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen products is expanding its sales team and seeking an experienced sales professional to cover the nationwide market, with a particular focus on the Greater Dublin Area. The business manufactures and supplies a wide range of bathroom and kitchen-related products through builders' merchants, plumbing merchants, and showrooms. Known for good customer service and long-term partnerships, the company is well positioned to continue growing its market share and is now investing in further sales expansion. The Role of Area Sales Manager: The successful candidate will drive sales of the full range of bathroom and kitchen products to builders' merchants, plumbing merchants, showrooms, and other independent retailers, selling at both head office and store level. The role will involve a mix of managing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities. You will be predominantly field-based with some work from home, covering a nationwide territory, with a particular focus on the Greater Dublin Area. For the Position of Area Sales Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Proven experience in B2B field sales KBB (kitchens, bedrooms & bathrooms) sales experience is highly desirable Experience selling other construction products through distributors will also be considered Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a sales territory effectively Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Full, clean driving licence Benefits of this role include: Basic salary of €60,000 - £70,000 €10,000 bonus based on performance Fully expensed company car Comprehensive healthcare package Company pension scheme 25 days holiday Location: Dublin, Meath, Westmeath, Kildare, Kilkenny, Carlow, Wicklow, Midlands Skills: sales business development account management builder merchants plumbing merchants Benefits: bonus pension healthcare vehicle
