Love organizing, creating, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes? Our Safe Space is looking for a detail‑oriented volunteer to help bring our events to life online. We host a wide variety of workshops, book clubs, and community gatherings—primarily for women and LGBTQ+ participants—and we’re looking for someone who can help us keep everything organized, consistent, and looking great across platforms. What You’ll Do
Create and post events on Meetup and Facebook Design simple, clean event header graphics in Canva (templates provided) Ensure event details are accurate and consistent across platforms Keep our Google Calendar updated and aligned with posted events Monitor events for updates, edits, and basic maintenance What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail (this is key!) Comfortable using Canva Familiarity with Facebook Events, Meetup, and Google Calendar Organized, reliable, and able to follow a consistent process Someone who enjoys behind‑the‑scenes work that makes everything else run smoothly Time Commitment
