About
Promote and sell assigned Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to potential clients over the phone and through email, mail, and fax. Handle servicing clients during their first year of policy coverage with Pearl. Prioritize sales leads from various sources, such as the Monthly Sales Funnel and Daily Activity Report. Conduct a high volume of customer contact via phone, email, mail, and fax. Document sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Build and maintain customer relationships by responding to various questions, needs, and requests. Requirements:
Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization. Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain). Regular use of a personal computer including ability to use the following software/systems – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system E-storage solutions Adobe or Foxit PDF MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc. Benefits:
