Friday, 8am5pm (flexibility required) Pareto FM is looking for a
Multiskilled Mobile / Bench Engineer
to support maintenance delivery across a regional portfolio of sites. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look the same. Youll provide cover across both mobile and static sites
supporting planned maintenance, reactive works, and tenant requirements
ensuring all building services are safe, compliant, and fully operational. While electrically biased, this role requires a well-rounded engineer who is comfortable working across wider M&E and building services. The Role
Youll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while supporting the wider contract team across multiple sites. This includes stepping in to cover sickness, holidays, and workload peaks, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining high standards across all locations. Youll work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and a regional team of around 30+ engineers and support staff, with regular communication through team meetings, calls, and group channels. Key Responsibilities
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E systems Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical plant and associated equipment
