Responsibilities
Own and maintain long‑term client relationships
Lead technical onboarding, implementations, and integrations
Educate customers on product capabilities and best practices
Manage client reporting, account data, and success metrics
Serve as a trusted advisor across technical and business stakeholders
Identify and support upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Qualifications
4+ years in the SaaS / software industry
4+ years as a Technical Customer Success Manager
4+ years leading technical implementations or integrations
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with an ambitious, positive mindset
Work with a product customers genuinely love
