Commercial Manager We are hiring a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of high-value engineering and construction projects. This role offers real influence across tendering, contract negotiation, risk management, commercial performance, and final account delivery. This role is with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in Limerick. Responsibilities Lead commercial strategy across projects from tender to close-out Manage contracts, risk, cashflow, forecasts, and profitability Oversee subcontractor agreements, compliance, and final accounts Support and develop a high-performing commercial team Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Finance Requirements Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS Strong contract and commercial management expertise Ability to manage risk, challenge where needed, and drive performance Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience within complex construction or engineering environments Benefits: Salary €100k - €120k DOE 21 Days Annual Leave Employer Pension Contribution Phone/Laptop Opportunities for career progression If you are an Commercial Manager who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
