Duties / Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI models, especially integrated within C# applications, tailored to the needs of the client.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Odyssey case management systems.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI technologies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Provide technical guidance and training to other team members.
Continuously research and stay updated on the latest AI technologies that can benefit the client’s system.
Requirements Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI development, specifically with a strong background in generative AI models and natural language processing.
Proficient in C#, with experience integrating AI technologies into existing C# applications.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure OpenAI) suitable for C# environments.
Demonstrable experience in developing and deploying AI solutions for document analysis and processing.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) used for deploying AI solutions.
Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Expertise in designing and implementing pluggable architecture using reflection, dependency injection frameworks, or modular frameworks (e.g., MEF, Autofac) for scalable and extensible software solutions.
Desired skills
Master’s degree or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with local Large Language Models and their implementation in legal document analysis.
Knowledge of Odyssey and case management systems.
Experience in the legal sector, particularly with legal documents or legal environments.
Knowledge of ethical AI use and considerations specific to public service and legal applications.
Previous experience working on government contracts or projects.
Strong problem‑solving skills and innovative thinking.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
