Location: Greater Chicago area (must reside in Greater Chicago area)
Base pay range: $78,000.00 – $96,000.00 per year
What You’ll Do
Cultivate relationships with municipal and community leaders across the Midwest.
Manage a pipeline of market opportunities and municipal approvals.
Guide the permitting process and assist with franchise negotiations.
Identify new market expansion and funding opportunities.
Track regional trends, competitive activity, and local development projects.
What You Bring
3–5+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in telecom or infrastructure.
Deep understanding of municipal processes and permitting workflows.
Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel 50–75% regionally.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
