About Us We are a growing, Italian-focused importer representing a curated portfolio of family-owned wineries and artisan spirits producers across Italy. Our focus is on authenticity, regional identity, and long-term brand building within the U.S. market.
We work closely with a national network of distributors and are looking to expand our sales team with a motivated, field-driven National Sales Representative based in Texas.
The Role This is a hands-on national sales role focused on working through distributor partners to grow depletions, expand distribution, and build long-term brand presence.
The role will be based in Texas (Houston, Austin or Dallas preferred) and will focus heavily on developing the Texas market for both our wines and our spirits alongside our distribution partners in the state.
You will take over a set of existing distributor relationships while also identifying growth opportunities, developing market plans, and driving execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with distributor partners and their sales teams across Texas Conduct regular market visits, ride-withs, and sales trainings Drive depletion growth through distributor engagement and accountability Expand distribution and placements within existing accounts Identify and develop new placement opportunities Support key accounts and on/off-premise programming Represent the portfolio at trade tastings and events Track performance and report on market activity and opportunities Collaborate with internal team on strategy and priorities
Qualifications 3–7+ years experience in wine & spirits sales Strong understanding of the three-tier distribution system Experience working with or within distributors Proven ability to grow brands and increase depletions Working knowledge of Italian wine regions and styles Based in Texas (major metro preferred: Dallas, Houston, or Austin) Willingness to travel frequently
Preferred: Existing distributor relationships in Texas or Central U.S. Experience with imported or small-production portfolios Italian language skills (a plus, not required)

Compensation $68,000-$72,000 plus potential performance based bonus at year end Benefits package including health insurance, flexible PTO, and 401K
