Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms Assist with travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and special requests Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies Follow up with clients to confirm trip details and overall satisfaction Handle questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience (travel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required) Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using technology and learning booking platforms and systems Passionate about travel and helping others create memorable experiences What We Offer
