Our client, a leading organization in the EMEA region, is seeking a passionate Integration Analyst (HR) for a 6-11month contract in Dublin 4. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving technology integration and enhancing HR systems. What You'll Do: - Develop and maintain seamless interfaces between HR SaaS applications like SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring compliance with IT security standards. - Collaborate as an HR Integration Subject Matter Expert, translating complex technical needs into user-friendly solutions that enhance data integrity. - Manage escalated technical queries, oversee interface testing, and foster productive relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. What We're Looking For: - Strong expertise in integration technologies and HR systems, particularly with SaaS platforms. - A solid understanding of IAM architecture and organizational data models. - Exceptional communication skills with a knack for stakeholder management and a customer-focused approach. - Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification preferred. - Experience working in ambiguous environments with a collaborative mindset. - A commitment to integrity, accountability, and personal growth.
