About

An architectural design studio in North Dublin is seeking to recruit a Senior level Architect / Project Architect (RIAI / RIBA registered) to join their growing team. In this role, you will take the lead and manage a range of projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, educational, civic, retail, aviation, and urban design. The successful Senior Architect will have a minimum of 10 years experience, with a proven track record in delivering projects in compliance with current industry regulations. Full proficiency in Revit is essential, along with holding full eligibility to work in Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project team to deliver a wide ranging projects across a varying project portfolio Deliver projects through to completion, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements Manage projects through each phase of development including site inspections, coordination with contractors, responding to RFIs and supporting contract administration. Lead and mentor junior team members, encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment Utilise your strong technical knowledge and design skills to contribute to the successful delivery of projects Qualifications & Experience desired: Registered Architect holding RIAI or RIBA membership (essential) 10 years+ experience across a variety of project types Comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations and codes Strong design and technical skills, with full proficiency in Revit Excellent communication and organisational abilities Proven success managing projects, coordinating with all stakeholders and supporting the team to ensure project delivery Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits: €65k-€75k (Negotiable), plus generous benefits including Professional subscriptions, Bike to work scheme, Pension, Life assurance, CSR days, Hybrid / Flexible working, Generous holiday allowance, Parking, Educational assistance, and much more.
