About
Administrative Assistant needed to work for large manufacturing company located in Vinings. This position will perform a broad range of operational, administrative, human resources and accounting tasks. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with internal project teams on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who learns and adapts quickly, works well on their own, is extremely organized and has excellent attention to detail. Duties to include:
Assisting the President and project teams
Order entry using QuickBooks
Planning company outings and events
Project work in support of the Office Manager and HR team
General administrative and clerical tasks
Other duties as assigned
