To learn more, visit .**Position Perks & Benefits*** **29 Days of PTO*** LPC or LSW (Illinois): **$61,000–$64,000** | LCPC or LCSW (Illinois): **$68,000–$72,000** *(based on licensure & experience)** **Work/Life Balance** - Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule* Eligibility for HRSA **Loan Repayment** \*eligibility requirements* **Employee benefits package** - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more\*\** **Competitive 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan** – up to 5% match for Part-Time and Full-Time employees* **Company-paid basic life insurance*** **Emergency Medical Leave Program*** **Flexible Spending Accounts – healthcare and dependent child-care*** **Health & Wellness Program*** **Employee Assistance Program (EAP)*** **Employee Discount Program*** **Mileage Reimbursement (*when applicable*)****What You’ll Do*** Complete initial screenings and comprehensive assessments for individuals of all ages* Develop provisional diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and referral plans* Provide brief therapeutic interventions and safety planning when clinically appropriate* Help clients navigate next steps by coordinating follow-up care and referrals* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions into services* Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation* Participate in crisis response and emergency services when needed* Stay informed about available programs, admission criteria, and community resources* Take part in peer reviews, team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training* Support quality assurance, compliance, and program evaluation efforts* Assist with data collection, reporting, and grant-related activities as needed* Provide mental health education and outreach to support community awareness* Complete required trainings and professional development activities* Report critical incidents promptly and follow established procedures*Pending approval and licensure, this role may also include providing clinical supervision to trainees.*## **What We’re Looking For****Required Qualifications*** Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field* **Required**: Active or provisional state licensure appropriate to your location and scope of practice, including:
