About
As a caretaker youll be responsible for all caretaking maintenance tasks on a variety of contracts including, but not limited to, clearing litter, fly tipping, cleaning of graffiti, garden clearance and general maintenance.
Youll largely be working outside our properties but there may be occasions where youll be caretaking on balconies and in corridors alongside the occasional garage clearance, there may be some heavy lifting required.
We will give you a company van to get you around our areas and a PDA for you to download your jobs and plan your day.
About you
Youll need to have a full, UK driving licence, with the ability to drivea 7.5 tonne vehicle. You'll also ideally hold a CPC driver qualification, but we can put you through this training if needed.
Youll be comfortable using IT as youll be using a handheld device (PDA) and a mobile phone to stay in touch with the team and get your work for the day.
Youll be out and about around our customers, so its essential that you understand the importance of customer service and always have customers at the heart of everything you do.
