Responsibilities
Provide exceptional assessment and treatment services to the adult neurogenic population across Cook County and neighboring counties.
Work as an Independent Contractor in home health and medical settings with autonomy over schedule and caseload.
Receive clinical support and/or supervision for SLPs with limited to no home health experience.
Qualifications
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with interest in neurorehabilitation and adult neurogenic care.
Ability to manage own patients and schedules; comfort in home health environment.
Willingness to receive clinical support or supervision if needed.
