Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA) , we are a 100% volunteer-led organization dedicated to empowering military service members, veterans, and their spouses. As the
Donor Relations Coordinator , you will be the "front line" of our growth, focusing on the individual and small-business supporters who make our mission possible. You will ensure every contributor feels a deep, personal connection to our work in transforming veteran careers.
What You\'ll Do (Impact 3–5 Hours/Week) You will work within the
Growth & Development Committee
to cultivate a healthy pipeline of foundational supporters.
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
Proactively identify potential donor leads, focusing on community-minded individuals and small businesses with a history of supporting veterans.
Initial Outreach & Cultivation
Conduct personalized outreach to introduce VPMMA's mission and impact to "Alliance Heroes".
Stewardship & Appreciation
Ensure donors receive timely, personalized "Thank You" messages and impact updates to foster long-term loyalty and transparency.
Activity Tracking
Log all prospect research and outreach efforts in our CRM (Flowlu) to maintain a clear record of the development pipeline.
