The Business Interlock Senior Specialist is part of the global Learning BPS team. In this role you help clients develop learning strategies to achieve business outcomes. You are responsible for understanding the clients operating environment, business strategy, and helping the client design learning and collaboration approaches. You work with the Business Interlock management team and client on learning planning, needs analysis, curriculum design, and end to end learning project management.
You will serve as an interlock between the client and other teams. You will validate training needs, identify and review source content, and design and recommend learning solutions to the client. You will work with Client instructional designers and media teams to ensure they have the proper inputs to produce quality deliverables. You will schedule and support training kickoffs, maintain project status, and lead client status meetings. You will maintain strong collaboration with all parties, communicating across the global team, ensuring deliverable milestones are met, status is communicated, and client goals are achieved.

Note: This role is remote, but may require occasional travel to meet with clients, vendors, or other Client teams. This role may also require some evening hours to meet client time zone needs and work with our global Client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively understand the clients business drivers, needs, and priorities
Partner with BI leadership and the client on 90‑day learning planning
Perform learning needs analysis and audience analysis
Recommend learning approaches and designs
Document learning requirements in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB) or vision deck
Plan and facilitate kick‑off calls
Maintain and communicate project status through client tools and client meetings
Work with the client and other teams on project prioritization
Work with client and LMS (Learning Management System) teams on deployment strategies
Identify opportunities for innovation and pilots
Recommend learning measurement approaches
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client teams, account leadership, internal teams, and vendors

Minimum Qualifications
4 year degree or 3 years working experience in Learning & Development
3 years experience designing learning solutions or facilitating learning programs
