Position Objectives: We are looking for a web maintenance project manager to support the planning and execution of web projects. The role will involve coordinating with various departments and external resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Build and nurture internal project team relationships
Take personal responsibility to complete high-quality projects on time and budget
Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
Coordinate projects, and schedules, and track the progress of projects and report their results.
Drive projects and tasks to completion
Uphold current processes and procedures around scheduling, task management, and documentation
Participating in meetings and document minutes
Following up on action items and ensuring they are completed
Assist and work hand-in-hand with Senior Project Managers and other departments as needed
Qualifications:
2 years of project management experience.
1 year, minimum experience working in a digital agency.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
Demonstrable experience in creating and managing project plans.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
