Engineering Manager (Remote) Leadgenius is a leader in SaaS for Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams. We have a full service web application, Chrome plugin and data service. These products deliver high quality sales and marketing intelligence to some of the world’s largest Sales and Marketing teams. We are looking for someone with a background in engineering leadership who can help lead our team through the next phase of product growth.
What you will do as an engineering manager:
Manage and grow our Engineering team
Provide mentorship, professional guidance, and regular feedback to Leadgenius engineers
Build Leadgenius’ engineering culture, organization, and hiring process
Facilitate technical architecture discussions that shape the long term foundation of our digital products
Collaborate with product, design, and business leadership to help define product roadmaps that prioritize solutions to core business problems
What you bring:
Management or leadership experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
Experience working with large data sets and integrations
An empathetic approach to and passion for solving customer problems
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Previous individual contributor (IC) experience using Django with large data sets and knowledge of technical best practices
