About
Design and implement observability solutions tailored to each client’s infrastructure and business needs, using multiple monitoring and analytics platforms. Develop audit and compliance frameworks to ensure data integrity and adherence to client-specific regulatory requirements. Work closely with client technical and business teams to deliver end-to-end observability projects , from assessment to deployment and optimization. Define, document, and apply best practices and observability standards across diverse client environments. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline monitoring processes , improving reliability and reducing operational overhead for clients. Provide technical guidance and ongoing support to client teams, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value of implemented solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with DataDope’s internal experts (SRE, Product, Sales, and others) to align client project outcomes with our overall service excellence. Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Promote and embody DataDope’s vision of Observability — helping organizations gain full visibility and control over their digital ecosystems Monitoring and alerts: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation Scripting languages: Bash, Python, Go Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ (for distributed event tracing and observability) Innovative projects with emerging autonomous AI technologies. 100% remote or hybrid work from our Madrid offices.
