Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist travelers with planning vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.
Provide accurate information about travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.
Coordinate itineraries and confirm travel arrangements.
Support travelers with updates, questions, and trip preparation.
Build relationships with clients to create repeat travel experiences.
