About

We are seeking a Remote Travel Representative to support clients before, during, and after their trips. In this fully remote role, you will assist with travel-related requests, provide customer support, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for each traveler.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and general travel inquiries
Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures
Confirm travel details and follow up with clients prior to departure
Address client concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is a plus, not required)
Organized and comfortable handling multiple requests
Able to learn new systems and tools quickly
Interest in travel and helping others
