Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client booking requests, schedules, and reservation details
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and preferences
Review and confirm booking details for accuracy and completeness
Provide timely updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
Support a seamless experience from initial request through final confirmation
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear and professional communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and online platforms
