Accurately enter and update patient, scheduling, and administrative data Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Organize digital records and ensure data accuracy Communicate with internal teams to verify or correct information Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks in a remote environment Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software Ability to type efficiently and accurately Reliable internet connection and personal computer Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred (but not required): Prior data entry or healthcare experience Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Paid training Opportunities for advancement within Astra Health West Supportive and collaborative remote team
