Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
DC/DB Combo Plan Administrator . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of both defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) retirement plans for clients. Key Responsibilities
Ensure plans adhere to IRS and ERISA regulations. Prepare and file the required forms, such as Form 5500 and Form 1099-R. Monitor plan contribution limits and perform necessary testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), etc.). Review plan documents/SPD’s to consult with plan sponsors as needed. Collaborate with actuaries to ensure seamless plan administration. Benefit calculation, actuarial valuation, and nondiscrimination testing of DB plan experience not required.
