Overview We are seeking a remote Client Service Manager to join our growing team in our Small Business division. The role delivers exceptional customer service to a range of clients with needs that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships, collaborates with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seeks improvement, and demonstrates the value Gallagher can provide.
How You'll Make An Impact Members of the Gallagher Select Client Service Team (CST) focus on building custom solutions for our small‑business clients. Working remotely, you will manage the day‑to‑day account management of an assigned group of accounts, ensuring high‑quality and efficient service. You will contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, growth, and operating‑margin targets. The role requires proactive renewal management, building and expanding relationships, and driving sales of additional services through referrals to Gallagher partners.
About You Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of client service and insurance experience – or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of client service and insurance experience
Active Property and Casualty license
Dependable internet access
Ability to balance inbound phone calls, tasks, and emails
Comfortable building rapport over the phone and engaging clients in consultative discussions
Effectively manages multiple and sometimes competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
EPIC experience
Proficiency in using technology (Microsoft Office, etc.) to maximize productivity and quality
Scheduling flexibility
