This role focuses on guiding clients through every step of their journey—from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and goals
Research and recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, and tours
Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after travel
Handle changes or issues with care and professionalism
Build long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organization skills
Customer service or hospitality background preferred
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
