Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for an Insurance Sales Representative. Responsibilities include selling insurance products to clients, providing exceptional customer service, understanding insurance offerings, and leveraging insurance brokerage strategies to meet customer needs. Representatives are also expected to build strong client relationships, follow up on leads, and develop effective sales strategies to meet targets.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales strategies
Strong understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
Excellent Customer Service skills
Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a dedication to achieving sales targets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Experience in Life and Health insurance, or other sales sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Auto Sales), is advantageous
