Summary

                            We are looking for a Technical Director - a creative developer and team leader - who is interested in launching and leading new, innovative projects with us.

                        </p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>

                            You will manage and support a diverse team of creative developers and programmers across a wide range of disciplines through leading our technological strategy. We need you to define technical requirements for projects, provide technical plans and look at every detail from a technological point of view, so that we can achieve the best possible qualitative overall result. To this you also will advise our customers on technical concepts and technical solutions through to visions and last but not least you will manage and organize our external service providers.<br/>You can fulfil this role and perform this package of tasks remotely with us - there is no mandatory attendance on a weekday basis.<br/><br/></p><h3>Your profile</h3><ul><li>You are constantly driven by the motivation to develop and implement new innovative solutions</li><li>You have a high level of motivation and flexibility to familiarise yourself quickly with new technologies and use them sensibly</li><li>Your are absolutely solution-orientated and are also positively motivated to always come up with solutions</li><li>you are an inspiring leader: service-orientated and supportive to achieve great things together</li><li>Passion for creative coding</li><li>You are familiar with structures, working methods in agencies or start-ups and you don't mind creating effective solutions under time pressure</li><li>You live a moderate distance from one of our offices in Hamburg or Cologne</li></ul><h3>Technical qualifications</h3><p>

                            You should be technically adept at this:</p><ul><li>Experienced with Realtime 3D, WebGL and Unity</li></ul><h3>Professional qualifications</h3><p>

                            There is experience you need and technology you should be familiar with:<br/></p><ul><li>Extensive experience leading teams of developers in the web / app and / or installation area</li><li>Experience with Realtime 3D and XR</li><li>You are very familiar with the agile working methodologies</li><li>Experience working on large and complex interactive projects from concept to completion</li><li>Experienced in creation and presentation of technical concepts</li><li>You have AI expertise</li><li>You speak fluent German an English</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><p>
