Hourly (based on experience) About Us We’re opening a high-energy lobster roll booth in Ferry Market, serving fresh, elevated items with speed and personality. Think buttery rolls, fresh lobster, and a fun market atmosphere. Locally owned and operated. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble lobster rolls and menu items to spec Handle lobster meat, seafood prep, and portioning Maintain cleanliness and organization of a compact kitchen space Follow food safety and sanitation standards Manage prep lists and restock during service Work efficiently during high-volume rushes Support opening and closing procedures Qualifications 1+ year line cook experience preferred (seafood experience a plus) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-footprint kitchen Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Weekend availability required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Fun, high-energy environment Opportunity to grow with a new concept Flexible scheduling
