Our client a leading Financial Services company are hiring a Financial Accountant to join the Finance team on a one year fixed term contract initially.This role supports financial reporting across multiple entities and offers exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is working with a great team, reporting into the Financial Controller this is an excellent opportunity to gain broad finance experience and develop your career in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities include: Ensure reporting complies with IFRS, Irish GAAP etc Support management reporting, forecasting, and planning processes Manage expenses, including accruals and prepayments Process and reconcile intercompany invoices and settlements Prepare financial statements for relevant entities Maintain strong financial controls Provide ad-hoc reporting as required Skills & Experience: Recently qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and numerical ability Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks Solid understanding of accounting principles Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Renumeration: €60,000 -€65,000 (doe) Full benefits incl healthcare, pension etc Flexible hybrid working (2 days in the office) Skills: Financial Accounting Financial Reporting Financial Analysis
