Lead the strategic execution of our People tech stack and process automation Partner with leadership across People and Data teams to deliver high-impact workforce analytics Eliminate workflow friction by automating manual processes Architect a digital ecosystem that fuels organizational productivity Move comfortably between strategic planning and operational execution Requirements:
8+ years in technology, operations, and/or analytics roles At least 5 years in progressive leadership roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field Deep familiarity with Workday and the broader People systems strategy and landscape Demonstrated ability to interpret People data and turn analyses into recommendations Comfortable working in a modern BI environment (Looker, Tableau, etc) Track record of designing and automating People processes across different areas Exceptional ability to translate technical and non-technical needs Benefits:
