Position Details:

  • Status: Full-Time
  • Shifts Available: PM & NOC
  • Schedule: 4/2 Rotation
  • Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour

Role Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a key role in providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents. You will support daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
  • Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
  • Follow individualized care plans and direction from nursing staff

Qualifications:

  • Active California CNA certification required
  • Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
