About
Lead the development and analysis of numerous aspects of the recycling systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data. Develop and maintain analytical models to assess the performance and potential of investments. Prepare reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Maintain and update the Cost to Manage model. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to recycling. Requirements:
Degree in Business, Engineering, Scientific, IT, Marketing or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience with solid waste and recycling data analysis preferred. 5+ years of experience with data analysis and data visualization required. Experience with solid waste and recycling data, including community recovery and waste characterization. Familiarity with data validation, governance, and integration best practices. Advanced Excel skills for building waste flow and financial models. Ability to leverage data science and analysis tools such as Python and Jupyter notebooks. Experience with SQL is a plus. Ability to synthesize and visualize data through tools like Power BI is preferred. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Benefits:
