Handling inbound calls and warm leads. Consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs. Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Representing the Liberty brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Adapting to varying environments, schedules, and policyholder needs. Requirements:
2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. 2-3 years sales experience preferred. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire. Benefits:
