What We Offer Competitive hourly rates with premium pay for weekends and bank holidays Flexible scheduling choose shifts that suit your lifestyle Free Garda vetting and in-house training Fast, friendly onboarding and compliance support After-hours support for staff working outside regular hours Holiday pay entitlements included Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality support and care to individuals with diverse needs Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in all aspects of daily life Implement person-centred care plans in line with HIQA standards and organisational policies Manage challenging behaviour with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate records and contribute to team communication Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Requirements Relevant QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification or equivalent Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar care environment Valid CPR and Patient Moving & Handling certificates (preferred) Full clean driving licence (required) Full right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available) Garda vetting will be conducted upon application Preferred Experience & Attributes Previous experience working in residential, nursing home, or hospital settings Previous experience supporting adults or children with intellectual and physical disabilities in a compassionate, person-centred environment.
