Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide at all times a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests. Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Bar areas. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Bar areas. Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere. Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times. Maximize sales through effective upselling. Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards. Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards. What You Will Need: Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential. Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment. Fluent English and excellent communication skills. Micros Experience would be preferable Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.
