A growing and dynamic business is seeking to hire a Finance Analyst to join its Louth-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Big 4 accountant (or up to 1 year PQE) looking to move into a more commercial role with strong exposure to FP&A, systems, and business partnering. The Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and operations, with a focus on improving how the business uses information to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Developing financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting tools Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying trends and insights Supporting system enhancements and automation initiatives across the group Partnering with stakeholders across finance and the wider business The role also includes travel across Ireland, offering broader exposure to operations and stakeholders.
