Sales PT Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 01:00pm)

• Identify, prospect and develop new B2B clients through outbound efforts, referrals and networking.
• Conduct assessments to recommend appropriate services for prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings, client visits, and community or industry events as needed.
• Meet or exceed individual sales performance goals.

Sales PT Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred (collections, financial services, healthcare, or professional services a plus)
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business-to-business accounts
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company with credibility and integrity Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
